What data we collect
Through the contact form, we receive the name, company, email, and message you choose to send. We also store your analytics preference and, if you accept, the usage events described below.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use form data to reply to your message (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Processors and retention
Resend delivers the message by email, Vercel hosts the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for abuse. Turnstile is a necessary security measure and loads independently of your optional analytics choice. Scheduling opens Google Calendar, which processes data under its own policy. We do not maintain a contact database on the site. We keep the email for as long as needed to reply and meet legal duties.
Cookies and statistics
PostHog is only enabled if you accept in the analytics notice. It records page views and interactions to help us understand site usage. If you reject, PostHog does not start. Your choice is stored on this domain and can be changed by clearing the site's data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of the data you sent us by writing to joao.santos@funnysoft.pt. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at https://www.cnpd.pt.
