What data we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, company, email, and your message. We do not ask for or store anything else on this site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use form data to reply to your message (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Processors and retention
The message reaches us by email through Resend. The site runs on Vercel. There is no contact database on this site. We keep the email as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal duties, then delete it.
Cookies and statistics
PostHog starts only if you accept in the cookie notice. It measures pages and clicks, on an EU host. If you reject, nothing is sent. Your choice is stored on this domain so the notice does not return. You can change it by clearing this site's data in the browser.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of the data you sent us by writing to joao.santos@funnysoft.pt. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at https://www.cnpd.pt.
